The task ahead!

Now that we have officially announced our return to the mission field, the huge task of building a team of partners is really hitting home. This is an area that the enemy has used in the past to cause doubt in my mind. I don't doubt that God can do it, but most of the time I don't feel worthy of begin used by God in this way. I know that is just the enemy trying to keep me from doing what God has called me to do, but sometimes it gets tough.

Bryan and I are currently taking a class called Kingdom Come Training, it is a course designed to help build a team of partners for your ministry. Today will complete the first week of training, and it has been very informative. We have two more weeks to go before we finish the course. We are hoping to be back on the field by the month of July, and we are so excited to see what God is going to do to get us there.

We ask that you continue to pray for us as we go through this part of the process. Pray for wisdom for us, and that those we speak to will become partners with us in ministry.

Exciting News!!

As most of our family and friends know we lived in Alaska a few years back, and worked with InterAct Ministries while we were there. Bryan and I both worked on the campus of the Palmer, AK Interact property doing maintenance and hospitality. We were also able to help with some of the on the InterAct campus.

In 2015 we felt that God was calling us to come back to South Carolina, so we came. Since returning we have been actively involved in church ministry with youth, children’s, women’s, and camp ministry. We have greatly enjoyed our time here, and have learned so much. We feel like God has so wonderfully used this time to train and prepare us for our next assignment.

Here comes the exciting news, God is calling us back to Alaska!! When we left, we honestly did not know if we would ever be back. We have committed our lives to going wherever God leads us, and back in 2015 we had no idea that He would lead us back to Alaska. We are excited to again be working with InterAct ministries. We will be working to create opportunities and programs that will spread the love of Jesus to youth and families in that area. We are so very excited about this new journey that God is sending us on, and would love to share more about it with you.

In order to get back on the mission field, we need your help. We need friends, family, and fellow believers to partner with us in sharing the hope and love of Jesus. We ask that you pray for this new journey and how God will use us back in Alaska. We also need financial partners, those who will partner with us monthly so that we can quickly return to the field and get to work. Please let me know if you would like to be added to our email list, and if you would like to partner with us, you can do that on our page here.

Looking Ahead!!

It has been way too long since I updated this blog. We are still around, and still in ministry, just not in the same place. We have been back in South Carolina for a couple of years now, and have been involved heavily in church ministry. Bryan and I have been doing youth and children ministry, and I have been doing WMU ministry. We have been busy since the second we arrived back in SC, it seems. God has given us many experiences and opportunities to learn new things and to develop new passions for teaching others how awesome God is.

We continually seek to follow Gods call on our lives, and are completely dedicated to following God's call on our lives, no matter where He calls us to go. We greatly appreciate the love and support of all of our family and friends. We feel that God may be changing the direction of our ministry, and are excited to see where He is taking us.

Please pray for us as we continue to seek Gods plan for our lives, and pray that we have the boldness to do what He calls us to do, no matter how difficult it may seem.
